簡單的說,如果您選擇 deferred judgement. 依據雙方的plea agreement,您仍然需要 plea guilty of your DV charge, 所以直到您完成整個 probation prior,case 完全 dismiss 之前, 美國移民局仍然可以考慮取消您的永久居留權, 然而除非您有相當的把握可以在庭訊中贏得這個案件,或許這是您最佳的選擇.
