marry contract

请教大家一个问题。母亲让我和男友结婚前写个marry contrat,说明如离婚，男友不可分母亲留给我的财产。但这样会否影响感情？如只母亲遗嘱写清财产只是我的婚前财产，如离婚不可分割，是否有法律效用？请求专家指导。多谢。
