我还是很担心这个home equity line of credit 会被税务局当成我们的财产。当时从银行得到这个是因为我们想备急需时用，现在才发现要取消还得多付几百出去，尽管我们从未用过。大侠们知道这算loan还是credit呢？他们可以touch这个吗？再谢。
