新手求助关于买新车遇到的问题。我家两个星期前买了一辆新车。因为我秋天要上研究生院学习，当时买车的时候问Dealer是否符合student rebate, but we can only provide admission offer and enrollment form. dealer答应只要我们提供enrollment证明就可以符合student rebate. 当时我们反复强调我现在没有student schedule, 因为我要到秋天才上课，at the beginning the manager can not decided, and then he called his big boss and acknowledged us that everything thing is OK if we can give them the enrollment form. 我们坚持如果我们不符合student rebate， 我们就考虑买别的车或不买。dealer promised that everything is OK.我们付了款把车开走。但是Dealer当天没有tag,答应过几天等tag来了让我们去取。
今天dealer打电话来说我们必须提供student schedule 才能符合student rebate. 现在的问题是dealer扣住tag不给，硬要我们补钱，我们则么办？今天我们几经受到MVA的title. Our temperary tag will be expired in 30 days. 最气人的是dealer买的时候是一个脸，现在完全另一张脸。如果我们准备law sue, 我们赢的可能大吗？
