我三月出的车祸,现在怎么办?

三月我在一个十字路口, 等黄灯时我开始拐弯, 没想到对面一个车
飞速过来创在我的前车门上,我当时车子撞到了对面的那条路上,我也几乎晕了,后来救护车送我到医院检查,我胸部疼痛但是检查说没有
上骨头.医生说过些天会更疼, 要1个月才会好.
我想既然没伤骨头,就熬过去好了.现在几个月过去了, 胸部还是觉得
闷,而且头常晕. 可几个月过去了, 又一直没有去医院看,总觉得过些天就好了, 也没想过别的事情,不知道现在是不是还有可能找对方呢?
