What you can do NOW is apply for re-entry permits for your parents as soon as possible. The form number is I-131. Go to USCIS website and you should find plenty of information. However, USCIS generally requires the filing of this form prior to your travel out of this country. But you can try anyways. In addition, you can try to apply for a returning resident visa. Contact Beijing or Guangzhou consulate for this request.
