求助：哪位有关于丢失邮包索赔或者small claims court的经验啊

我4月份的时候丢了几个包裹，损失大概200多块钱。其中两个包裹都是有delivery confirmation德，但是邮递员就把包裹放在我的门口就走掉了。没有留note。如果不是我上网查delivery confirmation，我都不知道包裹已经投递了。我去邮局complain, 和manager谈了，他只说会问那个具体投递的邮递员。但是，后来也没下文了。



虽然包裹没有买insurance, 但是我觉得这是因为邮递员的错误操作造成的包裹丢失/被盗。我想让邮局赔偿。不知道应该如何具体操作。



或者，我可以到small claim court去吗？这个应该怎么办呢？
