need help! got a ticket for speeding up 19 miles

over on school zone, it was 8:40 am, the kids are in shool and the street was pretty quiet, the police said i could either go to court or pay $90 fine directly. i am a dan3 xiao3 de ling2 min2, first time to deal with police, I am crying! my insurence would increase?
