请问：$１００ 清洁费该交吗？多谢了！

我要提前搬出apartment，上个月已给了written notice， 我知道 $４００security deposit is non-refundable， 昨天，我主动打电话给manager，问她需不需要 check the apartment，她并不check，直接说:除了the deposit, 我还要交１００清洁费。并让我到她的office to discuss，我有点困惑，这 $１００ 是否合理？多谢了！(apartment is very clean because I just stay there for four month, and clean the carpet every week)多谢了！
