离婚后的mortgage

要离婚了。ex要求房子不卖，为了孩子。但是我要负担一半的贷款，地税，保险。我已经搬出去住了半年。而房子要等到孩子十八岁以后才能卖。还没有最后的court rule。 但是总觉得这样很不fair， ex应该付market rent的一半。 我已经同意负所有该负的child support，alimony， daycare。如果要上法庭，胜算是多少？ 先谢了。
