landlord／tenant问题

现在的房客给了30天notice在3／30，合同04／30到期。最近房客给我一个email，说要多几天。我已经联系了新房客进驻05／02。

很讨厌这个房客，现在和我讲没有时间，不让我show房子给新房客。尽管合同里有24小时notice，竟然不理睬电话，email。很rude。


如果现在的房客04／30到期不搬，我可以去file eviction？如何迅速将现有房客vacated？
