在美国看牙医，多要钱怎么办？

我的保险是"United Health"， 牙医是个美国白女人,在"in-network" 选的。 因为里公司近，就找老美牙医了。 没想到账单过来， 每一项都要到顶 (she charge me to the top rate for each treatment she give me!!)。 打电话问保险公司， 他们说"in-network"的牙医收费是有规定的, 建议我找"State ADA Officer", 或"State Insurance Commisioner", 或自己找牙医算账去 ("It is between you and the dentist").

现在她的Billing Manager 找到讨债公司， 一共是US$７。５. 本来不想为这点小事生气, 但我的根管治疗是她给我refer的, 她的同事 - 是个拉美人在美行医 - 那小子也是每项都要到最高rate! 虽然他们两个都是在"in-network"的. 但他给我照一次X-光片，他账单报上去要了６个X-光片的钱! 我的保险公司还打电话向我核实当时的情况, 告诉我合约医生应该按标准收费的,保险公司只付按标准应付的钱。
