您們有兩個處理的方式,
建議對方的律師與您們在當地的法院尋求仲裁的服務,這個方式的好處是雙方不需要庭審,同時仲裁的結果有相同的法律效力,如果對方一定不願意與您們經由仲裁來處理. 您們只有在法庭上與對方來處理,對於您們有利的如果"当初他们上门评估的时候计算的所用小时数和钱数，我们是两房的单元他们开价是2000",,這個部份有書面的資料,那麼您們就比較有道理.
同時您的先生與對方在當日與對方管事的協議應該可以視為一個有效的契約,所以如果對方同意不加錢,那麼您們就有理.
同時相關的法律對於額外的收費有一定的規定,所以您們可以參考這個資料,依據真正工作的時間與工作的人數來計算對方增加的額外收費$1100是否合理.

4. The carrier may bill the customer overtime charges for loading and unloading services
performed:
a. Monday through Friday, after 5:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.,
b. At any time on Saturdays, Sundays and state-recognized holidays, and
c. Anytime after eight (8) consecutive hours of service.1
5. Overtime will be performed only at the request of the customer and at the option of the carrier.
The carrier must provide the customer with a written estimate of the total overtime charges and
get the customer’s written consent before providing overtime service.
Overtime rates:
Minimum $9.10 Maximum $18.96
