首先要看他的charge是什麼罪名,並不是所有的felony charge的紀錄都可以expunge的,一般的情況有些州如加州,如果當事人在日後表現良好,某些罪名(就算是felony charge仍然有可能可以去除,(相關法律請參考 CALIFORNIA's expungement law 1203.4.)

在某些州, Some felony and misdemeanor offenses that can be cleared are (FROM A to Z)
