请帮忙， 怎样对付这样的房东

我在加州San Diego， 在这个CONDO住了两年多，因房东涨房租费，搬到apartment. 交钥匙前， 我做了一天的清洁，有些赃的地方用原来剩的油漆刷好。顺便说，原来房东的楼上冰箱漏水，房东修房修了三个多月，厨房的柜子换了一半。我们走后，他们换其余的柜子，顺便换了水池，其实sink是不锈钢的, nothing is wrong.
我们没有照照片。各位给些建议， 应该怎么去fight.

下面是房东给我们的List. 最后交钥匙时，walk through 房东也没有说什么, 但他把upgrade的钱算在我们头上.
