请帮忙, 怎样对付这样的房东

我在加州San Diego, 在这个CONDO住了两年多,因房东涨房租费,搬到apartment. 交钥匙前, 我做了一天的清洁,有些赃的地方用原来剩的油漆刷好。顺便说,原来房东的楼上冰箱漏水,房东修房修了三个多月,厨房的柜子换了一半。我们走后,他们换其余的柜子,顺便换了水池,其实sink是不锈钢的, nothing is wrong.
我们没有照照片。各位给些建议, 应该怎么去fight.

下面是房东给我们的List. 最后交钥匙时,walk through 房东也没有说什么, 但他把upgrade的钱算在我们头上.

7. Replace eight new door knobs $80.00

8. Paint $407.96

9. Kitchen Sink $191.80

10. Kitchen Faucet $128.22

11. Five window blinds $324.60
