求教：如果traffic ticket case, 去court输掉，可以/值得appeal 吗？

本地没有驾驶学校之说。已经plead not guilty, set court date.

请问，如果法官不给dismiss, 我可以appeal 吗？值得吗？

如果我appeal, 一定要顾律师吗？如果我appeal,后来可以改主意吗？

最近很多事struggle, 这样额外的开支，加上potential 保险上涨，真的吃不消。
