Thanks for your advice. Another question. When I filed divorce in one state, based on that state law the child support must pay until child reaches to 18 years old. But I and my daughter moved to our current state four years ago, and our state law is child support needs to be paid until child reaches 21 years old and law enforces education support from noncustodial parent. Do you think this is a case? Again, thanks.
