there is a heat company did some work on my furnance but didn't fix the furnance. So I refused to sign the invoice and refused to pay them. They hired a collection company. I wonder they could file a lien againese the property and go to court with me. I didn't sign anything. So far I received lot of letters from collection company. thanks again.
