关于FSA, Credit for child care expenses 和Tuition Deduction

1040 form:2008daycare花费10，000。存了5000的FSA。请问还可以同时再用表格：

1。可以同时用表格2441申请Credit for child and dependent care expenses(line 48)吗？
2。可以同时用8917申请Tuition and Fees Deduction (line 34)吗？
