只同居不结婚如果有孩子以后可不可以分割财产

我的男朋友已离婚，和前妻有一个孩子。他比我财产多很多，我就是中等收入吧，够养活自己，但是不够一个人再养活一个孩子。他说不想和我结婚，只同居并且想和我再要2个孩子。说穿了就是怕以后再离婚分财产麻烦。他的财产大部分在国内。在海外只是有房子什么的，没有收入。如果我跟他生了孩子，同居几年以后分手，我能象离婚一样起诉要求分割财产吗。当然这是最坏的打算，我当然希望我们能白头谐老，可是这事谁说得准呢。而且他的财产都在国内，在国外的判决在国内怎么执行呢。谢谢
