i know nothing about immigration law.

"adjustment of status" is something people file to change their visa status. if you are not eligible, then in order to legally stay in this country, you have to have a valid visa, until you receive your green card. since your hu*****and is a citizen, i imagine you will get it very soon.

but again, i know nothing about immigration process.
