need help

my ortho dentist make my daughter's teeth one was fractured, one is calcified. The ortho dentist admitted she did something wrong, but she did not want to pay the bill we spent. She told us to get the lawer to talk to her. No lawer want to do this case, they think the damage money is too less to offer them. What should we do ? We need every one 's help.
