My understanding:if the insurance contacted me

for good purpose: they want to know if the patient need any help, such as patient don't know how to find a good doctor or good treatment .
if for bad purpose: insurance wants to find out if the aptient's doctor to treat patient by correct way or not, if the doctor has any kind of abusing medicine or test.if not,it is OK, if yes, the doctor will get trouble late. so that is why my PCP pretty worries about this and telling me to stop answering any question.
