There is no place to complain except inside your company. The package is not required by law. Your company is just trying to be nice to give each of their former employee a package. So they have full descretion to do whatever they want.They are not required to do it the same to everyone. It is just you just want to help 2 people just to show some kindness. you are not required to do the same amout of help to each of them. Got it? Your lawyer will tell you this if you have one. Just relax, do not take money too serious.
