求助老猫，多谢先！

刚才收到当地警察局的电话，说有人盗用我的信用卡，他先报了卡的最后4个号码，及我的住址，都是确实的information。我告诉他那个住址是以前的，他又问我现在的住址，和我的生日，以及我的社安号，我想都没想就告诉他了。社安号他报了我的前5位，问我后面是什么，我当时没有怀疑他是不是警察，就告诉他了。没怀疑是因为从2月2日开始，那张卡就不能用了，又加上他先说“你在哪一天几点几分在哪里刷了多少钱，2月2日有人用你的卡在网上购物，用的地址是什么什么地址”，全是对的。放下电话，我忽然怀疑他是不是警察，他给我的电话和传真号码（他让我call credit card company to order that transaction 做证据）我到yellowpages.com查了，查不出来时那2个号码是不是警察局的电话，我有他的名字，但如果有人盗用某个警察的名字也是有可能的。
我的问题是：我怎么知道打电话的这个人是警察？需要到警察局去一趟吗？
