Yong Li was too naive at the very beginning.

She wanted a black/white solution for every thing. She even wanted an apology from Jen her boss for initially writing an unfavorite annual review; Jen's final review already indicated Ms. Li made big contributions in the team.

Yong Li needs to improve her soft skills.
