help!--- ask again : about cancel the contract with my current

As suggested, I wrote 2 e-mails to my current agent and told her that we would like to end ( cancel) the contract with her yeaterday, and did not get anything back form her, also she did not gave the copy of the contract to us, so I asked her to e-mail me back a copy of the contract, did not get anyting back too, what should we do now ? please help!! many thanks!
