在加油站遇到一件很生气的事, 听说这里有高手解疑

第一次来这里因为遇到不平之事，想请教这坛子的各位朋友及专家。

星期五(情人节前一天)下午天气阴沉，我去一个76号加油站加油，那儿很冷清。我进了店（店里没别人）交给一个中东人相貌的店员$30现金，说“$30，一号泵”，他收了钱却没吭声，我转身出去加油，一会儿，油泵停在$20上，我遂进店去问他，他矢口否认收了$30，说我只给他$20，这两张现钞（一张20，一张10）是我刚从家里特为加油拿出来，绝不会错。看他瞪着眼说瞎话的神气我很生气便与他争论，他凶神恶煞地要我出去，我说不，除非你还我$10。于是我们爆发大声争吵。他用恶毒语言开骂 "you are an Oriental faced Thief"。我更加气愤回击“你才是賊！”。这期间有客人进来他马上闭嘴做无事状，我十分佩服这人嘴脸居然变换这样神速. 待客人出去又现出流氓嘴脸逼我出去, 不果，这时他看了一眼见窗外无人, 突然猛然发力迎面在我脖子上推了一把并威胁我要叫警察。我说叫吧，仍然坚持不走。于是他打电话叫警察（跑到里屋通话，不知道说了些什么）请大家理解, 咱平时地确是省吃俭用但并非小肚鸡肠，舍不得这区区$10，只是被他的无耻激怒, 不想让这种小人伎俩得逞，就没把握住自己与人为善的处世哲学. 因为我看出他是欺负咱单独一人又是英文不佳的亚洲弱女子。专找这等人下手。况且如果心里没鬼，为什么在有人进来时变色龙似的无比文明礼貌而在人们走后立刻穷凶极恶呢？

过了几分钟三位警察到场，我仍然在气头上，大声申述，那个中东人又变色龙似的缩在一旁做温顺乖巧状，仿佛他是受害者 .警察没听我说完就说“我们已经知道了”并拿起一张店里的卡片叫我去找这店的 manager去说，还给了我他们Headquarter的电话。然后, 我想因为有警察在场，在我的要求下这家伙倒是乖乖把名字写在卡片上.

到家后我马上写了一个email给那店的 manager但至今没有回音（这 manager　　看名字也是中东人, 估计会袒护他的兄弟）。

我的问题是：这事是否应该继续追究？我猜测他一次得手还会继续作案，为害弱势人群。

顺便说一下，我近几年曾经独自开车走遍美国西部，中西部和南部各州，途经无数荒村野路, 偏僻小town, 全用的现金加油，从未遇过此等无赖, 却在自家的城市遭此一小劫，好像在河沟翻船的意思，所以出离的愤怒，请各位朋友原谅咱小题大作。权当为各位同胞尤其是自行上路的女同胞引以为诫。

下面是给那manager的 email:

My Utterly Disgusting Experience at Your Store Today
Hi, Mr. xxxxxxxx, today I went to your store to fill up on gas. I paid your employee, Mr. xxxxxx, $30 in cash for the gas. At the time of payment, there were only the 2 of us inside the store. However, my gas pump stopped at $20. When I went inside to question why it stopped at $20 instead of $30, Mr. xxxxxx refused to acknowledge that I paid $30, and only said I paid $20. Not only that, he called me "an Oriental faced Thief", quote unquote. I do not think this kind of discriminating and racist language is tolerated anywhere, including your store. There is simply no room for this kind of behavior. Futhermore, not only was I insulted, Mr. xxxxxxx also shoved me in the neck in an attempt to push me out of the store. I really don't care about the $10, I was more enraged at the comment lodged against me and my fellow race. I am writing this email to let you know what happened, bring to your attention your employee's fraudulent and atrocious behavior, and hope you take action in this regard. I'm sure you have video surveillance in your store, so please check that to see the prove. I will also be contacting the 76 headquarter if no satisfactory result emerges from this communication.
