ask old cat, Artificial insemination

Hi old cat, thank you in advance for your help.

Here is the situation. I am going to move to MD for a new job. My hu*****and will stay in the west coast. Now I am 38 years old, and want a child desperately, but my hu*****and doesn't want a child. We had numberous fights for this, but I could not convince him. Now I am thinking since I am moving out, and could I do the artifical insemination without my hu*****and's permission in MD? I don't think we have repoductive challagens, but he just doesn't want. I know, if we get divorced, then I can do whatever I want. However, we don't have other major problems in our marriage. Is it worth to get divorce for a child?
