老婆要回国， 有什么办法可以让我签一切需要她签字的东西

老婆要回国。 我要晚一年回去。太太不准备回来了。这样， 在这一年中， 我要卖房子， 卖不了的话， 还要重新贷款，还要给小孩申请中国签证， 以及许多现在想不到的事情可能都要我太太签字。是不是在她回国以前找人写下“Power of Attorney" 行了？ 是要为每一件事情写一张， 还是可以至写一张 类似于“I grant my hu*****and to sign for every where which needs my signature" ? 为每一件事情写一张 的问题是不知道将来有没有新的事情出来。
