when I am on the road, I tend to think anybody who is driving slower than me is an idiot, and anybody who is driving faster than me is a maniac. But in reality, I am probably just having an episode of road-rage.
"injustice" is really a big word. Unfortunately, it is not measured from your own feelings. In many cases, justice is a balance of personal interest and public policy. Yes, you may have a claim of discrimination, but I am sure school has a lot to say to justify their action as well. Do you think a public school does not have attorneys to review their admission policy?
As long as school's policy does not facially discriminate based on race, then the standard of review is rational basis, which means the school is given a lot of deference.
You can try to mount a case against the school. It might cost you a lot though. If money is not an obstacle, you sure can accomplish a lot.
