Is it possible that the police stop my car by mistake?

Dear XDJM,

After carefully read my ticket, I found some mistakes on it.
1. car type: sw (my car is van)
2. car color: tan (my car is silver)

I’m thinking, maybe there is another car which didn’t yield to pedestrian, but the police stop me. Is it possible?
