how to send transcript to LSDAS direclty from a Chinese Universi

I am wondering if anybody out there had to request a Chinese University to send transcript directly to LSDAS? As far as I know, Chinese Universities do not do this, instead, they give us sealed envelope containing transcripts. It looks like LSDAS requires the foreign transcript be sent directly from foreign institution. Can you share your experience? Thank you very much for your help!
