幾年前,是多少年前? 這點很重要,因為判決的執行有效期有一定的年限,各州有不同的規定. 同時您需要了解在某些州如果 debt is not a joint marital debt, a lien to one person cannot be executed against the property.(如果這個房屋是 joint marrital property),不過如果對方賣房,對方的銀行帳戶中應該有資金的轉移,(如果您有他銀行帳戶的資料)您可以到當地法院取得法院的court order,直接通知他的銀行要求執行garnish 的動作, 您應該到您當初file訴訟的法庭,諮商clerk or administrator of the court for guidance
