A JD is not a doctorate degree, just like a MD; it is a professional degree requiring no original research. A JD from a top law school is probably money; a JD from a bottom law school is garbage.

Not to discourage you, but your thought is simply too naive. Besides, the very fact that you are asking those questions here demonstrates that you do not have the basic capability to do some very basic research.
