Charged with Misdeaminor of Assault and battery

老猫,帮帮我.
今天被我的老印经纪气死了，我去他的办公室取支票，他在michigan州，我住在windsor canada，大老远的过去了，发现他少给我了７００元，一气之下打了他几拳，他报了警，可能心虚，在警察来之前，他又写了７００元的支票给我，然后又打９１１跟警察说不用来了。可是警察已经来了，我告诉警察我没有打人，他只是想用警察把我赶走。 可是警察看见他头上有红印。要看我的手，我把手伸给他们看，几乎没有红印。 警察好象有点同情我，但还是把我带到警察局，给我张的Misdeaminor of Assault and battery Ticket。
问题，在法庭上我怎么样defend我，才能得到最好的结果。我不想留下任何记录，以后我再去美国就麻烦了。
