I think you are very rich to be able to buy a $800k house. I shoud say not many people can affordable.

Enjoy the house. repair the defect, the appraisal does not cost much.

Every day we pay some. next time when 6 month past, ask the agent give you a good deal.

Think I and most American people are living in much cheap houses than yours. You should be happy.
