已经签了lease, 7月1日开始，能反悔么？

已经签了一年的lease,交了deposit 和1个月的房租，共$1320,7月1日生效。 现在发现房东非常不nice, renovation 一拖再拖，不仅不能按时交房，态度还很是恶劣。我7月份很忙，如果7月1日前后没法搬进去，就的拖到月底搬。与他商量减免房租，he shouted at me saying I make him messed up and creasy.刚刚看到网上的review, 说这个apt管理也不好，冬天很冷，东西坏了修理不及时。请问各位高人，如果现在中止lease, 会有什么后果？我真的好怕在与那个凶巴巴的房东打交道。还是我应该想办法与房东达成和解。（我在马里兰州）
