求助:我的dis-obey police officer 案子能赢吗

早上上班，在一个交叉路口，看见一车横在路当中，闪着红灯，当时太阳从左边照在那车上，反光很强，又是一黑色的车，没有看到车上的police字，加上这车前后都装有架子，我以为是service car 出了故障，正好停在交叉路口，我看这车到路边的距离容许我的车通过，就慢慢地开过去，开到我的车过了那车的一半，那车的门开了，一个女警察出来，给了我一张ticket "failed to comply with lawful order".我这时才看到那车上的police字，我告知警察我不知哪是警察车，她不信我。我拿到ticket,很是气愤，我丛来没有想过敢于不听警察的命令，第一，警车的标示不明显，黑车+棕色的字+早上的太阳反光+警车前后的架子像service car. the police officer has the resposibility to make the policer ordder clear to people.2.交通法有没有规定，如果警车闪灯，车就不可以从它边上通过？我经常看到警车停在路上闪着灯，我都减速通过，没有问题。3 我很慢地开向那车，警察因该有足够的时间看出我企图通过，但并不提前出来告告诉我不能通过。在我过了一半才出来给我ticket， not fair.我决定plea "no guilty". 并根据ticket上的提示，要求supporting deposition。一个月后，受到supporting deposition saying "defendant did disobey a police officer as required by law and circumstances provided in Section 1102" 几天后，我收到法庭的pre-trial conference 通知，给我 “an opportunity to conference the case with disctrict attoney to see if a negotialted disposition or plea bargain can be reached which is acceptable to both sides"
第一次上法庭，请问我应该如何应对， 我应该去pre-trial conference吗？还是通知
法庭拒绝和解？如果拒绝和解，我的案子有把握赢吗？
