诚心请教， 能帮助这位小留学生吗?

在多伦多，一小留学生与GF发生争吵，被GF报警，已经拘留一星期。

该学生在加拿大无亲友，我对他也所知有限(不知其家庭，也不知他现在是否仍上学，或在何处打工)

想帮他，但不知这有多少风险，万一他出来后找GF麻烦，或者一走了之，担保人会有麻烦吗?
