真诚请教：如果请前男友搬出我家？

请教一个问题，和前男友分手，但是他仍然住在我家( 房屋是我的，已经买下）已经请他在一个月内搬走，但是对方拒绝搬离，请问可以用何种法律程序解决？直接申请禁足令（但是没有暴力或者威胁事件）？还是需要请律师？谢谢！
