您需要了解一個問題,如果您決定plea "NOT Guilty",您不需要法官的＂Mercy",您需要的是律師協助您準備進入審判程序.只有您決定plea　Guilty, 您才需要法官的Mercy. 個人的建議是您應該諮詢律師,並且在出庭時應該有律師陪同.
