we have the only house as the community property and the title is under my name only. The spouse gets a debt from a law suit. there is some equity in the house which possibly pay off the debt.

if going to divorce, will it be possible to let 債權人 put the debt on the spouse without taking away the house or half of the house, and hurting the kids' normal life? I know the spouse has half of the property, but the debt is nothing to do with家庭開支,或是與共同財產有任何關係.
