NO.

To apply for an H1 visa, the company has to sponsor you. It has to offer you full time employment with a competitive salary, and you have to accept the offer. In fact, the company makes the application for you.

You can work for a company full time and another company part time; or both part-time. I do not see how you can work for two companies full time at the same time.

I might be wrong.
