学生签证和美国人结婚了， 下一步应该怎么办？

我明天就要去Courthouse 举行 ceremony , 不知道结婚以后申请ssn 和greencard 还有 work permit 的过程， 是不是找个律师比较好呢？ 请教大家， 谢谢啦！！！
