我是不是结束这份工作后两年之内不能给别的law firm工作：

For two (2) years after Termination, #￥#￥ agrees not to engage, directly or indirectly, in any activity or employment that provides international search reports and/or written opinions of the International Searching Authority under the provisions of the Patent Cooperation Treaty for international applications in which the United States Patent and Trademark Office is the International Searching Authority.

c) For two (2) years after Termination, #￥#￥ agrees not to engage, directly or indirectly, in any activity or employment that provides web-based software and services that compete with *** web based software and services, which include, but are not limited to, web-based software and services for tracking and docketing invention disclosures, patent-related search results, patent application drafts, patent applications, prosecution information and patents; web-based software and services for organizing client or competitor patent portfolios, products and methods, and attorney analysis related to the portfolios, products and methods, and displaying for litigation and licensing; patent prosecution alert services; litigation alert services.
