Thank you! I kept their letters and will contact my credit card company if I get one more letter.
I was shocked that the credit company didn't even want to keep the record who was trying to do the fraudulent transaction when I showed them the fraud's shipping address. They just take the lost and said there is too much work and too expensive trying to catch the guy. It sounds to me that they are encouraging the fraud. No wander so many banks has trouble right now.
