child care tuition deduction

has any body ever used finncial assistance for Child care tuition, i know they will give you certain tuition deduction if only one side of the parents emplyoed (pos-dct), but i am kind of unsure that will this finacial assistance effect our future tax return? also, does this will have negtive impact on our green card application? advices are really appreciated. thanks!!!
