H1-B transfer question. Urgent

Sorry for being not able to type Chinese in this computer.
Question: a friend got laid off today. His last day of employment is Nov. 26. His uncle's company can hire him, but his uncle has no idea about how to do H1-B transfer. Can you guys recommend a good lawyer who specializes in this? A lawyer in NYC area is preferred.
