"he clearly stated in the email that he intended to comply with our request,"DOES NOT "meaning we could still effectively change the language in the contract after we signed the contracted, as long as the change took place before the contract went to the seller."...

he only said he intended to....it's not even a promise....the rest is only ur assumption....

BTW, how come u signed the contract after the seller signed it? usually, buyer signs before seller does....
